Listed below are the academic conferences organised by our research group, which aim to share scientific findings with the general public, public authorities and the professional sector.

EnerValor Conference: Barriers to the Refurbishment of Multi‑family Dwellings in South‑Western Europe

Conference organised within the framework of the EnerValor projects (Principal Investigator: Dr. Carlos Marmolejo Duarte) and as part of Barcelona World Capital of Architecture 2026. Researchers from the group and professionals from the public and private sectors participated to discuss the economic, technical and awareness barriers that hinder the energy refurbishment of dwellings.

Main knowledge transfer outcomes:

 Identification of initiatives to support households with residential energy-efficiency improvements.

 Report on the results of the work carried out as part of the Enervalor projects (1 and 2).

 Exhibition on the shared agency scheme for housing renovation in the Barcelona metropolitan area.

MUDGI Conference: Real Estate Asset Management and Development

25 March 2026 EPSEB, Barcelona +70 attendees

Open conference for the entire community of the Barcelona School of Building Construction (EPSEB), especially aimed at students of the Master's Degree in Real Estate Asset Management and Development (MUDGI). Organised with the support of CPSV, it addressed key questions for architects, engineers, investors, developers, asset managers and public administration.

Main knowledge transfer outcomes:

Generation of a debate forum between students, professionals and the administration on real estate asset management.

Creation of a contact network to support the professional insertion of master's graduates.

Collection of proposals to update the master's curriculum according to sector demands.
