This unique specialization program provides a comprehensive understanding of urban systems, encompassing knowledge in urban planning, planning law, urban policies, land management, sustainable urban growth, climate change, land economics, real estate valuations, and environmental assessment. It combines theory, practice, and the intensive use of new analytical techniques and information technologies. Master's Degree in Real Estate Development and Management - MUDGI | EPSEB

This master's program is designed to train specialists in real estate markets to transform the property industry into a change agent. It provides students with intellectual, professional, human, and social instruction, introduces new concepts, and encourages a critical attitude toward the current state of the real estate sector, considering contemporary environmental and social needs. Students receive training in the economic, legal, and ESG foundations of real estate, as well as in finance, investment, management, and entrepreneurship. They are challenged to apply theoretical and methodological knowledge to real case studies, analyzing assets investments and creating innovative property services.

Doctoral Programme in Urban & Architectural Management & Valuation - PhD GVUA

This PhD program offers research training in land management and urban and urban valuations, as well as housing policy, urban ecology, climate change, urban climate, environmental management, and new technologies such as geographic information systems, remote sensing, 3D city modeling, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality applied to urban and regional analysis and policy design. Supported by the Architecture, City and Environment Network, which includes several European and Latin American universities, the program publishes the journal Architecture, City & Environment (ISSN 1886-4805) and organizes the bi-annual Virtual City and Territory International Conference. - - - -

In accordance with the growing demand to intervene on existing buildings and the increase in social awareness towards the preservation of historic centers and buildings, this line program aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge to be able to face the contemporary challenge of adapting existing buildings to current demands for safety, comfort, energy efficiency, accessibility and habitability. As well as understanding the specific casuistry that entails the change of the original building use, which is a growing demand for buildings of different nature located in consolidated urban, industrial or rural areas. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
